I am a lighting technician, an aspiring lighting designer, lighting artist, and creative technologist. I was born and raised in China and am now based in New York City.
I graduated from the New York City College of Technology with a Bachelor of Technology in Entertainment Technology in May 2023. My studies were rooted in stage lighting and show control systems, but I also ventured into the fascinating world of physical computing. I create live audiovisual performance systems, and interactive or reactive toys using lights, sound, and sensors.
I am exploring how to use my skill set in lighting and creative coding tools to design innovative light installations, applying them across stages and public spaces.
